We have a Best-25 year warranty, better 20 year warranty, and a good warranty for 15 years. We have four different guarantees also. The 25, 20, 15 year options can go with the four different guarentees. Below I will explain each guarentee.

Your roof will be constructed by our highly skilled technicians using premium materials that will supersede even the highest workmanship standards. Excluding acts of God, your roof will not falter from normal, everyday exposure because it will be built by our premium craftsmen and thoroughly inspected by our master premium craftsman. This commitment to excellence allows us to offer you our Premium-Craftsman Guarentee. In the unlikely event your roof encounters any workmanship challenges, we will make any necessary repairs absolutely free for the term of your guarentees in your agreement.
No-Blame-Game Guarentee
When a roof fails under manufacture's warranty, often the homeowner is caught in the middle of a blame game. The contractor blames the roofing manufacturer's product on the failure, and the manufacturer blames the contractor for a faulty installation. This standoff often leaves the homeowner out in the rain.Our No-Blame-Game Guarentee states that should a manufacturer make excuses and refuse to honor their warranty, we will accept personal responsibility and repair your roof at no charge to you for the term of your agreement.
Ironclad-Lowest-Investment Guarentee
Any contractor can price your roof for less by cutting corners and utilizing cheap materials and unskilled labor. It's important to know what is and isn't included in the roof you choose for your home. You don't want to be left with an inferior roof built by an untrained labor force. Thats why we offer the Ironclad-Lowest-Investment Guarentee. Not only do you receive a state-of-the-art roof built by highly skilled craftsman, you also receive peace of mind knowing you obtained your roof for the lowest investment possible. If you later discover a comparable roof for less money that the one we constructed for your home, we will pay you the difference plus a $50 bonus. All we ask is the comparison be "apples-to-apples."
